Browerij Bosteels, Tripel Karmeliet – recently named Best Beer in the World

pumpkin mezzaluna
with brown butter and sage
Green Flash, Nut Brown Ale – WTF??  They stopped making this beer, and I was pissed!  Looks like Christina’s been squirreling some away (my hat is off).

braised duck leg confit
with celery root puree, roasted apples,
and black trompet mushrooms
Abbaye Binchoise, Reserve – haven’t tried this one

double chocolate layer cake
Allagash, Curieux – NOM NOM NOM.

This sounds like an amazing meal, and a great opportunity for some serious beer tasting.  If you’ve got the bucks to spend, I say do it.
