Don't blame the beer...you just need to work up to it with some type of transitional beer such as the Strawberry Blonde. In time, your tastes buds will adapt to the more complex flavors of this beer. I for one find it very delicious. However, when I am looking for more of a hop kick I use it as part of a "cherry bastard" i.e 1/2 cherry wheat & 1/2 arrogant bastard ale.
