After a successful foray into homebrewing, prolific London beer blogger Stonch has recently expanded the Clerkenwell Brewery. The latest addition is the Brewcam, where you can monitor the progress of his fermenting stout. This type of technical genius really goes above and beyond. Keep up the good work, Stonch.
